Any help appreciated. I am not sure if this is virus related or some other form of hack.

My facebook email address has been hacked and changed to the format:
blackhole-nnnnnnnnn-nnnnnnnnnn
devnull.facebook.com
where the “n” is a number. When I go to login on my laptop this email address appears instead of mine.
I can delete it and login with my usual email but when I goto my settings and view my primary email address it appears blank.
When I try to change my email address I type in the correct one and confirm the change but then it just goes straight back to my newsfeed.
Facebook is not operating in the correct manner in this regard. I have tried to inform facebook about this but they do not respond.
I have changed my password and ended any other logins to facebook.
I”d appreciate a solution please. many thanks.

Let”s go ahead and make sure your computer is not infected.
Please run the following steps and post back the logs as an attachment when ready.STEP 01
If you”re already running thienmaonline.vn 3 then open thienmaonline.vn and check for updates. Then click on the Scan tab and select Threat Scan and click on Start Scan button.Once installed then open thienmaonline.vn and check for updates. Then click on the Scan tab and select Threat Scan and click on Start Scan button.Once the scan is completed click on the Export Summary button and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find, and attach that log on your next reply.If thienmaonline.vn won”t run then please skip to the next step and let me know on your next reply.
STEP 02
Please download AdwCleaner by thienmaonline.vn and save the file to your Desktop.
Right-click on the program and select
Run as Administrator to start the tool.Accept the Terms of use.Wait until the database is updated.Click Scan.When finished, please click Clean.Your PC should reboot now if any items were found.After reboot, a log file will be opened. Copy its content into your next reply.
