– Với người dùng miễn phí, một yêu cầu được đáp ứng trong vòng tối đa 3 ngày
– Người dùng không được đổi năm bắt đầu sử dụng, ngay khi hệ thống GAM nhận thấy thay đổi này chúng tôi sẽ ngừng ngay việc hỗ trợ và không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào về tổn thất dữ liệu và gián đoạn trong quá trình làm việc trên phần mềm.
3.2. Về sản phẩm
– Không gõ được Font Unicode
– Không chạy được online (chạy nhiều máy trạm thông qua đường truyền Internet)
– Chỉ có giá thành trực tiếp (hay còn gọi giá thành giản đơn)
– Không đánh giá được chênh lệch tỷ giá ngay khi chi tiền
– Kế toán xây lắp áp dụng còn nhiều hạn chế
– Không thiết kế hóa đơn tự in theo mẫu khách hàng (vì chỉ có thể làm việc này khi hỗ trợ trực tiếp tại VP khách hàng)
