My Nokia Lumia 520 unexpectadly shut down and reebotted as i proceeded to pause my music. now the only reaction i reiceve from it is a black screen which saysError: Unable to find bootable option. Press any key to shut down.

After a while windows phone do not show any message but still connect to the PC. What can i do know ?

Hi, rakibulHossain. Have you tried using Windows Device Recovery Tool on your PC? If yes, you need to bring the device to the Care center for repair. If there in no Care center in your area, try contacting your local support and seek assistance on, how can you send the device for repair. hi all,
my phone has same issue and i downloaded the recovery software and tried fixing my phone but the program is showing error as “this software is not correctly signed or not signed for this device”
please let me know what more can be done instead of taking it to a service center.
