Cool place to work but management has little control over the workplace. But fun place with decent coworkers. But they cut your hours when work gets slow.
Run away from here. Favoritism and lack of direction. Some coworkers were willing to help and some are out to get you. Atmosphere, environment is set on micro-management…RUUUUN!!
The more I find out about the practices at PCI the better off I feel that I no longer work there.Company has extreme cash flow problems and cannot pay vendors, making purchasing material extremely difficult. Management flounders through trying to get product out the door, lies and makes commitments that they can’t keep, and will throw someone under the bus at the first sign of trouble to keep the heat off themselves. This is not a stable company to work for and job security is non existent.
In my experience working for this company, I was dissatisfied with management’s lack of integrity and direction. No real opportunity for growth within the company.
Working at PCI was the worst experience I have had in comparing my previous employers (6 total). The work environment was hostile, HR department was ran by a bully, management was not managing and didn’t seem to know what they were doing when they actually were at work. Management was very unethical in their business practice. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Its a good company to work with and have a generous benefits to the employees in general. They have good products friendly people to work with. Managers tend to make favorites which sometimes make others suspicious and felt discriminated. But over all it is a good company and employees are paid well. The company have lots of inventories and Seles was low this year that resulted into lay off of employees and included myself.
This company is good to work. They are generous and kind to employees. The benefits are good since they give health Insurance for free on certain plans. However the business has not been selling as it use to be and there are lots of inventories of finished goods. Company was force to lay off employees and I happen to be one of them.
A typical day at work is busy from the time you walk through the door until the time you leave handling customer inquires to dealing with the different departments to handling the Outside Sales Rep. What I have learned from all of this is to keep moving.Management is great and always right on time when you need them.Co-workers are great always ready and willing to jump in when need them. The hardest part of the job is trying to keep up no matter what. The most enjoyable part of the job is we all work very well together.
It was a good time to worked there with nice people and had fun.I learned lot from my co-worker, Supervisor and Managers.
